This deity forbids peeing while standing up, but promises that three rings of spirits will protect anyone who chants this divinity’s one hundred and eighty precepts. Unlike Vishnu, this deity initiates the conversion of the barbarians in stories of his “transformation” as the Gautama Buddha.
